Ranch Kale Chips
· 1 bundle of kale
· 1 tablespoon Olive oil
· 1 tsp of your favorite seasoning
· Salt to taste (can be omitted or can also use herbs and spices)
This quick and nutritious recipe takes about 15-20 minutes total. The cool thing is you can really customize this recipe and tailor to your taste preferences by trying different oils and seasonings
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale. A salad spinner works great!. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
