Pinto Bean Croquettes 2 cups cooked and drained pinto beans 1 egg3 tablespoons of flour1/2 of a green bell pepper, diced1/4 yellow onion, dicedsalt and pepper to taste1 tablespoon bouillon1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon garlic powderInstructionsDrain beans and mash with a potato masher until you can see a few intact beans leftAdd bell pepper, flour, and seasoningAdd eggAdd oil to skillet and heat.
