Ranch Kale Chips

·       1 bundle of kale

·       1 tablespoon Olive oil

·       2 tablespoons of dry ranch seasoning

 

This quick and nutritious recipe takes about 15-20 minutes total. The cool thing is you can really customize this recipe and tailor to your taste preferences by trying different oils and seasonings

1.     Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with foil.

2.     Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale. A salad spinner works great! Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.

3.     Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
